About NJR’s Finest Hot Sauces

Hey there!  We're Nelson and Alyssa, the faces behind NJR's Finest Hot Sauces!  We're both from Winnipeg, MB, born and raised, and we love all things local!

What started out as a pandemic project quickly turned into a passion project to create unique hot sauces that bring great flavour and a fiery kick!  After a few years of tweaking and testing, we've landed on the perfect blend of fruit and spices that we love - and you will too!

We officially launched our business in August 2025 and we've been popping up at markets all around Winnipeg.  If you see us at a market, come by and chat with us!  If you are unable to make it to one of our markets, we also sell our products at the following locations:
